QuickBillBook is GST billing, inventory and business management software for Indian businesses, built and supported by Raviva Infotech Pvt Ltd in Mumbai.

What we build

QuickBillBook grew out of work building billing and ERP systems for Indian businesses — retailers, traders, distributors and manufacturers. The pattern was always the same: businesses were running billing in one place, stock in another and accounts in a third, and spending the first week of every month making the three agree.

QuickBillBook puts them in one system. You raise an invoice, and stock, party ledgers and GST reports update at the same time. There is no second entry, which means there is no reconciliation.

Who it is for

Small and medium businesses across retail, wholesale, distribution, trading, manufacturing and services. Trader plans start at ₹500 a month; manufacturing plans add bill of materials, production and job work.

How we support it

Support is by phone and WhatsApp, Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm. We also run guided onboarding so your opening data is set up correctly rather than left for you to work out.
