Invoice Software with Multiple Print Formats

Most billing software gives you one invoice layout and expects you to live with it. That is a real problem when your buyer's accounts department is used to seeing something else, or when your own team has been reading the same format for fifteen years. QuickBillBook lets you pick the layout — including one that follows the Tally format your accountant already knows.

Why the invoice layout matters more than people expect

Your buyer's team cannot find what they need

Accounts departments process hundreds of bills. An unfamiliar layout slows your payment down.

Switching software means retraining everyone

If the new invoice looks nothing like the old one, every person who touches it has to relearn it.

One format does not fit every document

A counter bill and a job-work invoice have different needs, and forcing both into one template makes both worse.

Paper size is fixed

A full A4 sheet for a two-line bill wastes paper on every single sale.

What QuickBillBook does differently

A Tally-style format

If your accountant reads Tally invoices, they can read yours. This removes the single biggest objection to moving away from Tally.

Several layouts to choose from

Classic with bank details and signature, modern, compact, minimal, landscape for wide item tables, and a manufacturer format.

Bill of supply for non-GST

A separate layout for supplies where GST does not apply.

A4 or A5

Pick the paper size per your usual print run.

Product code, name, or both

Control what appears in the description column.

Switch whenever you like

Format is a setting, not a one-time decision at purchase.

Creating an invoice

  1. 1

Select the party — address and GSTIN fill in automatically.

  2. 2

Add items, or pull them through from an existing quotation, order or challan.

  3. 3

Tax, discount and totals calculate as you type.

  4. 4

Save, then print in your chosen format or email it.
